These Terms govern all purchases made through www.hitsupplements.net. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell dietary supplements (including pre-workouts) for fitness and general wellbeing. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Payment must be received before dispatch.
- Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT (if charged).

4. Delivery
We deliver to the UK and Ireland within 2–5 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to courier issues or public holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds
Only unopened and unused products in original packaging are eligible for return (see our Refund Policy).

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our products should be used responsibly and in accordance with directions.

7. Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to purchase supplements from our website.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
