1. Returns
You may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

2. Conditions for Returns
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.

3. How to Return
Contact hitsupplements@outlook.com with your order number to arrange a return. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace or refund it.
